Level: Internship – Entry level
Reports to: CEO
Location: Jisr El Bacha, Lebanon
Primary duties and responsibilities
- Support in performing data entry of financial documents (account payable invoices, pre/post payments, receipts, account receivable, fixed assets)
- Enter, daily the currencies, the rate and or local updates
- File all invoices / vouchers / receipts by number
- Participate in anticipating costs through preparation of financial statement
- Keep track of budget per project / period
Knowledge, skills and abilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Audit
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Solid understanding of accounting principles
- Knowledge and interest in financial analysis techniques is a plus
